Your Responsibilities
Establish the operational foundation for a rapidly growing sales organization.
Take full ownership of HubSpot: pipeline configuration, workflow automation, data quality, integrations, and user management. Ensure it becomes the trusted system for all.
Create dashboards and reports that reveal critical insights, including pipeline stages, forecast accuracy, win/loss ratios, and expansion metrics.
Design and execute the forecasting process, including monthly and quarterly reviews, variance analysis, and pipeline assessments that uphold team accountability.
Collaborate across departments—Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product—to align on lead scoring, revenue modeling, and pricing governance.
Continuously document and refine the sales process, ensuring pipeline hygiene, deal stage discipline, and scalable playbooks as the organization grows.
Qualifications
A passion for data; you excel in analyzing numbers, identifying anomalies, and producing reports that the entire organization relies on.
Comprehensive experience with HubSpot—customization, workflows, reporting, and integrations. You are the go-to expert.
Demonstrated RevOps or Sales Ops experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of building robust forecasting and reporting systems.
Ability to clearly convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, and Leadership, earning their trust in your analyses.
