Role Overview: Renewals Manager (London)
The Renewals Manager will manage contract renewals for a set territory, working to retain revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is key to operational efficiency, accurate data, and collaboration across teams.
About the Renewals Team
The Renewals Team oversees Braze’s account portfolio, identifies risks and opportunities, and implements strategies to secure renewals that benefit both customers and the company.
What You Will Do
- Renewal Project Management: Lead the internal renewals process by developing account strategies, managing timelines, and preparing pricing proposals to support successful contract execution.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee quoting and Order Form processes to ensure agreements are structured correctly, signed on time, and properly recorded in internal systems.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams to spot risks and growth opportunities, supporting a smooth renewal process.
- Data & Reporting: Build and maintain reports to support the renewals process and provide visibility into account status.
