Role overview
The Regulatory Affairs Specialist is part of the Regulatory Affairs team, focusing on protecting Multiverse’s operational license. This position translates complex regulations into clear submissions and actionable guidance for internal teams. It also contributes to developing new tools and processes that strengthen regulatory practices.
Day-to-day work includes identifying risk trends, auditing policies, managing oversight reporting, and exploring automation to improve efficiency. The role plays a key part in safeguarding revenue streams and supporting Multiverse’s commitment to regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting and Submissions: Prepare initial drafts of regulatory submissions for review, including sections for Degree Awarding Powers assessments and OfS Self-Assessments.
- Internal Advisory: Serve as the first point of contact for regulatory questions, conduct research, and provide preliminary advice on regulatory issues.
- Stakeholder Management and Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional regulatory requirements, managing communication and collaboration with stakeholders across the company.
