The Role
As a Product Manager at Klaviyo, you will be a visionary builder with a keen product sense, robust technical skills, and an unwavering focus on delivering impactful outcomes. You will take ownership of projects from concept to execution, creating significant value for both customers and the company. In this role, you will formulate strategies for a complex product area, lead collaborative efforts across different functions, and help shape the future of our platform at scale. This position is well-suited for someone who excels in navigating complexity, acts swiftly, and balances urgency with thoughtful execution while influencing various stakeholders and senior leadership. Please note that this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in our London office. Fully remote candidates will not be considered at this time.
How You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead the comprehensive strategy and execution for launching and expanding Klaviyo's platform into new geographic markets and languages.
- Collaborate with finance and billing teams to implement international billing solutions, encompassing multiple currencies and new payment methods.
- Define and establish localization-as-a-service frameworks to enable product teams across Klaviyo to seamlessly deliver features tailored for new international markets.
- Drive the international growth strategy for a large and intricate product area, measuring success through key expansion metrics, and prioritizing significant opportunities aligned with company objectives.
- Adapt strategies based on findings, knowing when to initiate, expand, or cease investments.
- Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to establish vision, create a roadmap, and meet objectives while removing obstacles and enhancing team cohesion.
- Lead with technical proficiency and a strong product sense, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
