About the Role (Your Responsibilities)
As a Performance Marketer, you will serve as a crucial independent contributor within our International Launch Team, collaborating closely with the Global Head of Performance and our Staff Performance Marketer specializing in Search & Analytics. You will play an essential role in our central buying function, managing paid media initiatives across international markets from the outset.
Your primary focus will be on Meta as our largest channel, expanding into TikTok, Search, and others as our operations grow. We maintain a low-friction approval process; if you have an innovative idea, you can test it promptly. The feedback loop is swift and the learning experiences are genuine.
