The Role
As the People Enablement Partner based in London, you will play a crucial role in expanding Legora's team with exceptional talent across the UK, while also influencing our global People strategy.
You will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, serving as a strategic and operational partner to attract and onboard top-notch talent. Your responsibilities will extend to developing systems and initiatives that foster performance, promote leadership growth, and empower every Legorian to excel in their roles.
In this collaborative role, you will work alongside founders, hiring managers, and team leaders across multiple locations, acting as a key People partner for our London office.
