About the role:
This is a 12-month contract position aimed at facilitating the ongoing growth and evolution of our EMEA operations.
In the capacity of People Business Partner for our EMEA division, you will function as a proactive partner to leaders across various countries. Your role will involve guiding them to make well-informed, compliant, and visionary decisions that promote growth and operational excellence while also assisting in actualizing their strategies.
You will work at the crossroads of business strategy, regional employment regulations, and employee experience—ensuring our practices are scalable within a publicly traded company framework. This position requires a blend of sound judgment and business insight with a proactive approach to shaping initiatives that enhance organizational health and employee experience.
This role necessitates a delicate balance of strategic insight and practical execution. You will identify potential risks early, evaluate people-related risks across jurisdictions, and offer actionable guidance that enables leaders to act swiftly and confidently while maintaining compliance and consistency.
