Your Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
- Handle store keys, ensuring security during opening and closing when senior management is unavailable.
- Manage till operations effectively.
- Warmly welcome customers, assisting them in finding products and understanding their needs for a positive shopping experience.
- Efficiently organize stock and maintain operational standards.
- Keep the shop floor tidy and well-stocked, upholding store presentation standards.
- Collaborate with management to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs, highlighting benefits to enhance customer experience.
- Assist in planning promotional activities.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by adhering to uniform standards (all black, unbranded attire).
- Engage in training activities to develop confidence as a brand representative.
