About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Paid Social Executive to enhance our team! In this role, you will implement our global paid social strategy and contribute to growth initiatives under the guidance of a Paid Social Manager. You will collaborate with our performance marketing team and work cross-functionally with various departments (including digital, trade, and global marketing) to create and execute paid social campaigns that support new product launches and ongoing initiatives. In a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will play a vital role in elevating brand awareness, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth. You will report directly to the Paid Social Manager, and this position is ideal for someone looking to broaden their paid social expertise and embrace new challenges. The role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
As a Paid Social Executive, you will:
- Support the launch of large-scale global paid social campaigns, including the design, execution, and optimization of international campaigns across various platforms.
- Work closely with the content and digital design teams, as well as the brand marketing team, to produce top-tier assets for paid social campaigns, aligning with platform best practices and optimizing for local markets.
- Collaborate with copywriters to develop compelling paid social copy for new product development campaigns and ongoing activities.
- Oversee the translation process post-asset delivery, coordinating with creatives and copy teams for translations.
- Integrate global marketing directives into paid social strategies to maximize impact.
