About the Role
ThreatAware is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to facilitate our growth while maintaining the agility and transparency that have driven our success thus far. Collaborating closely with the CEO, you will be instrumental in transforming strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring that cross-departmental initiatives progress smoothly, and providing the leadership team with the insights necessary for swift and informed decision-making.
Why Join ThreatAware?
At ThreatAware, we empower security teams with a comprehensive platform that serves as the definitive source of truth for every device and tool within their organization. Our solutions can be deployed in under 30 minutes, boasting over 150 integrations and requiring no agents. Statistics reveal that, on average, 10% of network devices remain undetected, while 30% of security controls are either missing or malfunctioning.
With the recent injection of $25M from One Peak in February 2026, we are poised to expand our operations in North America and unveil our AI-powered security workspace, which will enable security teams to tailor their tools and automations based on six years of the most accurate cyber asset data available in the industry.
Your Responsibilities
Assess the operational needs of the business at this stage and implement necessary structures, including appropriate cadences, metrics, and decision-making forums.
Manage operational tasks that would typically fall to the CEO, such as office management, supplier relationships, facilities, and various ad-hoc projects, allowing leadership to concentrate on customer and product priorities.
Develop the visibility required for the leadership team to manage the business with confidence, incorporating KPIs, dashboards, and quarterly planning.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and People teams to ensure cross-functional priorities are progressing, identify and address blockers early, and facilitate alignment among team members.
Lead ad-hoc strategic projects as they arise, whether it’s assessing new office spaces or establishing operational processes that are currently lacking.
Identify areas where the business is losing efficiency or momentum and implement solutions. Design processes that are effective and sustainable as we scale.
Address ambiguous operational challenges that lack a clear ownership and provide clarity to these issues.
What We Seek
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a Chief of Staff role, preferably within a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
