With a commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking a Mobile Merchandiser/Vending Operative Relief to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service through well-stocked and hygienically maintained vending machines, facilitating optimal sales across our operational base. As a mobile operative, you will visit various client sites daily to restock and clean our coffee and vending machines, serving as a friendly point of contact for clients during your visits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all vending machines are stocked and cleaned to the highest standards in accordance with Company guidelines.
- Conduct stock and cash controls across the machine base and company vans.
- Address minor machine faults (e.g., cup jams) and report major faults to the Service Desk.
- Document accidents, unfit foods, and customer complaints promptly to your Area Manager or Service Desk.
- Provide training for new starters and team members needing upskilling to maintain a high-quality service for customers.
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer care, consistently demonstrating courtesy and professionalism.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks on Retail Merchandisers’ machines as directed by your Area Retail Manager, sharing necessary follow-up actions.
- Report machines failing to meet Automatic Vending Association hygiene standards to your Area Manager.
- Travel to various sites using a company van or public transport as required.
- This role involves physical activity, requiring you to be on your feet and capable of handling heavy lifting.

- Adherence to all Health & Safety regulations.
- Flexibility and responsiveness to changes in the work environment.
- Exemplary customer care skills and a presentable appearance.
