Role Overview
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Harvey, you will spearhead the expansion of our AI solutions tailored for the legal and professional services sectors. Your role will involve building and nurturing relationships with mid-sized law firms and corporate and financial service clients, understanding their distinctive challenges, and presenting AI solutions that enhance their operations and productivity. Your ability to convey the value of Harvey's offerings, combined with your enthusiasm for innovative AI technologies, will be instrumental in shaping the future of knowledge work.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, focusing on nurturing inbound leads and proactively reaching out to high-potential prospects.
Oversee the entire customer journey from prospecting to onboarding, account growth, and renewals.
Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and aligning Harvey's solutions to meet their needs.
