Your Role
As the Marketing Technology Lead, you will serve as the architect of our performance optimization engine. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all investments in global user acquisition are traceable and that our conversion funnel operates without any leaks. You will establish the framework necessary to attribute cross-border transfers back to their origins and enhance the journey to the 'First Send'.
Your Contributions Will Include
Full-Funnel Attribution Design: Oversee a multi-touch attribution (MTA) model that accurately represents the intricate P2P journey, encompassing Web-to-App transitions, cross-device interactions, and referral cycles.
Server-Side Tracking Leadership: Implement a transition to server-side GTM or Segment to circumvent ad-blockers and privacy constraints, ensuring absolute precision in tracking 'Transaction Funded' events.
Event Mapping & Taxonomy Management: Take ownership of the global event dictionary to ensure consistent triggering of events such as 'KYC_Started', 'KYC_Approved', and 'Transfer_Initiated' across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
Deep Linking Optimization: Execute deferred deep linking (utilizing AppsFlyer or Branch) so that users arriving from specific corridor advertisements (e.g., USD-to-PKR) are greeted with the correct currency pairs instantly.
Retention Trigger Architecture: Develop 'Liquidity Alerts' that send automated, personalized push notifications when a user's sending habits deviate from their usual patterns.
Experimentation Promotion: Handle the technical aspects of A/B testing (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and conduct 'Lift Studies' to substantiate the effectiveness of new initiatives.
