Role overview The Lead Machine Learning Engineer will set technical direction and ensure the successful delivery of complex AI projects. This role involves shaping AI strategies, overseeing client implementations, and making key architectural decisions. The position combines deep technical expertise with leadership, fostering team growth and building reusable solutions across the company. What you will do Guide technical strategy for AI initiatives within the Energy, Transition, and Environment division Oversee project execution from initial strategy through client delivery Make architectural decisions to ensure reliability and scalability Mentor team members and support their development Contribute to reusable solutions that benefit the wider organization
