Your Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
- Assist the Store Manager in reaching all sales targets, operational goals, and adhering to company policies.
- Safeguard the Kurt Geiger brand by maintaining our personal presentation standards.
- Ensure an impeccable visual merchandising display in alignment with company guidelines.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and developments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in luxury retail, particularly in clientelling and customer-centric environments.
- A background with a fashion-forward footwear, accessory, or high-end fashion brand.
- Act as a brand ambassador for customer service excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Represent our luxury and fashion-forward brand impeccably at all times.
