The hiring roadmap spans engineering, operations, finance, and insurance roles. Role overview The Recruitment Lead will drive talent acquisition efforts in London. This hands-on position involves sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across several functions. Building and refining a recruitment pipeline to support rapid growth is central to the work. Success in this role requires adaptability, urgency, and comfort in a startup setting.
