About the Opportunity
We are seeking our inaugural talent acquisition expert to lead and expand our hiring initiatives across Nevis. In this pivotal role, you will establish the recruitment framework for our organization by attracting exceptional talent for a wide range of foundational roles.
This is a hands-on position where you will design and implement innovative recruitment strategies, collaborate closely with the founders, and cultivate Nevis's talent brand. Your mission is not merely to fill positions, but to discover the individuals who will shape our company’s future.
Your Responsibilities
Manage the Entire Hiring Process: Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding—ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for all candidates.
Develop Technical Talent Pipelines: Identify, engage, and attract top-tier passive candidates across engineering, AI, data, and product sectors through innovative sourcing methods and community engagement.
Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with founders and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business growth objectives.
Utilize Data for Strategic Decisions: Leverage data analytics to assess pipeline health, refine processes, and report key metrics and hiring progress to leadership.
Enhance Employer Branding: Articulate and promote Nevis’s narrative to potential candidates, highlighting our mission, culture, and technological advancements through various channels including events and content.
Stay Informed on Market Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, talent market fluctuations, and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Your Profile
Experience: 5–7+ years in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within dynamic startup environments or high-caliber recruitment firms.
Technical Expertise: Proven track record in technical recruitment across engineering and product disciplines.
