Your leadership will inspire a growing mobile team to craft elegant, reliable, and visually stunning experiences that redefine financial product expectations.This is a high-impact position within our Core Product Team, where your contributions will directly influence the scaling and enhancement of the ARQ experience, from our flagship application to exciting new initiatives like Premium, Credit, and other groundbreaking financial products on the horizon.Your ResponsibilitiesAct as the hands-on technical authority for all iOS-related projects—writing top-tier code, conducting thorough code reviews, and ensuring technical superiority throughout our applications.Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to create pixel-perfect user experiences with meticulous attention to detail, optimal performance, and unwavering reliability.Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile features that prioritize security, speed, and user delight.Review and elevate code quality, sharing insights that enhance engineering practices across the app.Lead the advancement of our mobile architecture to accommodate a diverse range of products (Premium, Credit, etc.).Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver quickly without compromising on quality.Oversee the entire lifecycle of features—from design and implementation to testing and deployment.Your Qualifications6+ years of professional iOS development experience, preferably with complex, high-scale consumer products.Demonstrated expertise in Swift and Apple's iOS ecosystem (UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, etc.).Solid understanding of design patterns, architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture), and testing methodologies.A genuine passion for UI/UX design—you pay attention to the minute details that elevate product quality.Proven track record of delivering exceptional products from start to finish in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Bonus: Experience in the fintech, payments, or digital banking sectors.Why Work with Us?At arq, you will be part of a forward-thinking team that is passionate about redefining financial services.
