The Paid Social Creative Strategy Lead will spearhead the strategy, execution, and analysis of paid social creative campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok. As an integral member of our UK Marketing team, this position is essential for enhancing creative output while ensuring high performance and quality.
This role serves as the key liaison among creative, media, and insights, overseeing various workflows (including in-house, agency, and user-generated content) to facilitate creative collaboration across international markets and ensure our paid social initiatives effectively attract customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancing Creative Output & Quality:
Develop systems and processes that amplify creative output while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Ensure that concepts and formats are scalable and based on insights, raising the creative benchmark through comprehensive briefings and iterative feedback. - Channel Expertise (Meta & TikTok):
Serve as the creative authority for Meta and TikTok, possessing a deep understanding of their best practices and algorithm requirements. Optimize creative assets for various placements and audiences, adapting strategies in line with platform developments. - Creative Strategy, Briefing & Feedback:
Craft clear creative strategies rooted in performance insights, producing strong, actionable briefs that define essential hooks, messaging, and formats. Aid in developing engaging hooks and provide performance-oriented feedback across all creative endeavors. - Performance Insight & Optimization:
Evaluate creative performance against key metrics to inform strategic enhancements.
