WHAT ARE WE BUILDING?
Fyxer is revolutionizing the way professionals manage their time with our AI-powered Email & Meeting Assistant. Designed specifically for client-facing roles such as sales, consulting, and recruiting, our platform understands your communication style, drafts replies in your voice, and takes accurate meeting notes.
As a dedicated applied AI company, we leverage fine-tuned open-source models and retrieval-augmented generation to deliver a powerful user experience. Impressively, 53% of email drafts generated by our system are utilized by users.
Since our launch in March 2024, we have achieved remarkable growth, reaching over $30 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and securing $10 million in Series A and $30 million in Series B funding within just 18 months. Our investors include industry leaders such as Marc Benioff (Salesforce), Harry Stebbings (20VC), David Singleton (ex-CTO of Stripe), and Madrona, the first investors in Amazon and Snowflake.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a Lead Growth Engineer to join our Growth Engineering team — a tight-knit group that takes full ownership of product-led growth strategies that propel Fyxer's rapid revenue growth.
This role is not about UI enhancements; you will be responsible for the infrastructure and strategic direction that guides user growth from initial session to conversion. Your tasks will include designing and executing A/B tests, analyzing user behavior data, and refining the entire user acquisition process through our paid landing pages, programmatic SEO, and lead magnet micro-apps. You will work at the confluence of data, marketing, product, and engineering, utilizing rigorous A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and a comprehensive understanding of B2B SaaS growth mechanics to enhance critical metrics.
Each Growth Engineer has complete ownership over a specific area of the product, without the interference of project managers. You will be responsible for both strategic planning and execution.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Lead the conversion rate optimization program throughout the entire user journey, from landing page engagement to paid activation and user expansion.
Design, implement, and oversee multivariate experiments to systematically enhance conversion rates and identify data-driven improvements for long-term user retention.
Manage the experimentation infrastructure, including testing frameworks and statistical rigor, ensuring effective implementation.
