Last Minute Sales (LMS) Operations Associate – United Kingdom/Italy

We are eager to onboard motivated, intelligent, and skilled individuals to help scale our Last Minute Sales (“LMS”) business. This service extends the sales window by allowing ticket pickups at a collection point on the event day when time constraints prevent ticket shipment.
The LMS Operations Associate will be tasked with managing and expanding our LMS operations in the United Kingdom or Italy. This includes enhancing our current LMS infrastructure regarding physical locations, staffing, and service quality. The role involves leading a team, overseeing logistical requirements for LMS delivery, and providing exceptional support to ticket buyers and sellers at event locations.
This position serves as an excellent entry point for university graduates or those transitioning from graduate school into a rapidly growing multinational e-commerce company with a start-up culture.
On-the-job training is emphasized, requiring quick learning and the ability to absorb substantial information rapidly. Successful candidates will be expected to integrate effectively as team contributors within a few months.
Travel within the United Kingdom or to Italy is required. Candidates must be prepared to work evenings and weekends based on the event schedule, with days off provided in lieu.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ownership of LMS events and locations in the United Kingdom or Italy.
· Operations Execution – Implement LMS operations by establishing collection point infrastructure, planning logistics, and managing ticket receiving, packing, and distribution.
· People Management – Supervise a team of part-time workers and partner locations.
· Troubleshooting – Address and resolve issues arising from LMS sales and collection point operations.
· Account Management and Customer Service Support – Deliver in-person and online customer service to enhance user experience.
