They are now in search of an outstanding Key Account Manager to cultivate and expand some of their most pivotal client relationships within the UK and Europe. Headquartered in New York City, they excel in providing high-quality digital products by harnessing the latest technologies, including AI, IoT, and cloud services.
Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Key Account Manager to enhance and grow our existing client portfolio within the UK market. This role entails managing a diverse range of clients across multiple industries and stages of maturity, with a focus on driving client satisfaction and nurturing long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
In this capacity, you will be instrumental in ensuring client retention and growth while supporting the advancement of our client's offerings and market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and expand a portfolio of 10-15 accounts, taking full ownership of relationship strategy and growth.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and whitespace opportunities to enhance account value and client outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, aligning their goals with actionable product and engineering solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans driven by data, insights, and market trends.
- Proactively manage risks, handle escalations, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive engagements to strengthen relationships and initiate new projects.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, and Talent teams to ensure seamless execution and client retention.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on account health to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay informed on innovations, bringing insights on AI, GenAI, and product acceleration into discussions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in account or delivery management within the software/IT sector, preferably in IT consulting or technical recruitment.
- Demonstrated success managing a $5 million portfolio and 5-10+ concurrent client relationships.
- Proven expertise in building and nurturing client relationships, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, enhancing retention, and expanding portfolios through upselling and cross-selling.
- Accountability for significant client metrics (Net Revenue Retention, contribution margins, etc.).
