Your success will be instrumental in shaping our market engagement, activating partnerships, and elevating Meter's brand across EMEA.Key Success MetricsDevise and implement the strategy and roadmap for the EMEA field marketing and events program in collaboration with our founding sales team, leveraging successful tactics from AMER while localizing them for the EMEA audience.Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including production, venue selection, budget management, marketing initiatives, sales enablement, content creation, ROI evaluation, and audience engagement.Create exceptional experiences for Meter's customers and prospects, adopting a guest-first mindset to develop field events that effectively showcase the Meter brand and its offerings.Transform EMEA events into a sustainable, high-ROI growth engine for the sales and channel teams.Daily ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary field marketing liaison for the sales team, ensuring that event strategies align with account priorities and pipeline objectives.Collaborate with sales to identify target accounts and curate invite lists, ensuring the presence of key decision-makers.Analyze post-event outcomes, extract insights, and refine strategies to enhance future performance.Work closely with global field marketing teams to align on best practices, share resources, and ensure consistency across events.
