As a Growth Operations Associate, your primary goal will be to enhance the number of active users across our services, thereby enabling clients to derive the utmost value from AlphaSights. You will achieve this through a combination of data analysis, process optimization, and initiative implementation - spotting opportunities to activate or re-engage users, rolling out new practices alongside client service teams, and launching targeted user engagement initiatives. You will take ownership of growth operations for a specific regional business unit and collaborate closely with its client service leadership. While your main stakeholders will be within our Client Service organization, you will be integrated into our Technology & Strategy function and will work extensively with product marketing, product management, and analytics teams. What You’ll Do Design & Execute Growth Initiatives: Create and implement targeted engagement strategies throughout the user lifecycle - encompassing prospecting, onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion. Analyze User Data: Utilize data to identify growth opportunities, refine engagement strategies, and develop user personas for enhanced targeted engagement. Improve Engagement Processes: Detect inefficiencies in current user engagement practices and introduce best practices tailored to your client segment. Report on Performance: Provide clear, actionable reports to assess initiative effectiveness, guide strategic adjustments, and demonstrate ROI. Prospect High-Value Users: Identify and engage key users within prospective accounts, ensuring high adoption rates of our offerings. Engage Senior Stakeholders: Influence VP-level stakeholders through effective communication, relationship management, and data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions.
