Your Role as a Manufacturing IT Project Manager • Lead project scheduling, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting.• Oversee comprehensive project delivery, managing the scope, timelines, budget, quality, and contractual commitments across multi-site IT-OT implementation initiatives.• Create and uphold integrated project plans, resource allocation models, and critical-path schedules spanning design, development, testing, cutover, and launch phases.• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring swift resolutions and transparent escalations to maintain production safety and delivery commitments.• Foster stakeholder engagement and governance by providing clear status updates, executive dashboards, and communications across operations, engineering, IT, and leadership.• Ensure project outcomes align with business KPIs for reliability, throughput, operational efficiency, and workforce productivity, facilitated by digital manufacturing solutions.
