The Role
As our Incident Manager, you will spearhead the coordination and resolution of incidents that impact our internal systems, CockroachDB Cloud, customer-hosted environments, as well as security and compliance events across the EMEA region. You will be instrumental in guiding structured response efforts, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
Please note: This role is based in the London area, and you are expected to work in our Liverpool Street office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of incidents, from detection to resolution, ensuring compliance with established incident management processes.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents.
- Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders throughout the incident management process.
- Analyze incidents to determine root causes and implement strategies to prevent recurrence.
