About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will lead initiatives that optimize operations and drive performance improvements. You will engage in detailed data analysis, gather insights from merchant partners, shape new product strategies, and develop innovative tools to significantly enhance team productivity. As the Head of Platform Product Operations, you will oversee our international Drive platform's growth and scalability, reporting directly to the Director and GM of Drive within our Logistics organization.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading high-impact, cross-functional projects that tackle the unique challenges within Drive.
- Analyzing complex datasets combined with partner feedback to present actionable insights to leadership.
- Driving the scaling and optimization of operational quality across emerging business verticals.
- Implementing product testing and rollouts with merchant partners on-site.
- Aggregating merchant insights to ensure proactive adherence to operational SLAs.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align resources and enhance platform capabilities.
