The Customer Insights team plays a crucial role at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Strategy, enabling impactful decisions based on consumer behavior.The RoleAs the Customer Insights Manager, you will lead the generation and dissemination of customer and consumer insights that are essential to shaping brand strategies, commercial planning, and product development. You will utilize both quantitative and qualitative research methods to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the company's customers, their values, and evolving behaviors.What You'll DoDesign and implement comprehensive customer research programs, including surveys, focus groups, ethnographic studies, and digital behavioral analyses.Integrate data from diverse sources, such as POS data, loyalty programs, social media listening, and panel research, to produce coherent and actionable insights.Collaborate with Brand, Sales, and Product teams to embed customer insights into strategic and commercial decisions.Monitor changes in customer sentiment, purchasing behaviors, and market trends, proactively identifying emerging opportunities and risks.Develop and maintain customer segmentation frameworks to support targeting, messaging, and portfolio strategies.What We're Looking For5–8 years of experience in customer insights, market research, or consumer analytics, preferably in the consumer goods, retail, or FMCG sectors.Exceptional quantitative and qualitative research skills, with the ability to design methodologies tailored to business questions.Strong communicator, capable of translating complex data into clear, impactful narratives for non-technical stakeholders.A keen commercial awareness and the ability to align insights with business objectives.
