Role Overview: Head of Ecommerce
The Head of Ecommerce leads Olsam’s direct-to-consumer digital channels and explores new platforms, with a focus on the beauty and personal care sector. This role carries full responsibility for eCommerce performance, including revenue, profit margins, and customer growth across all relevant channels.
This position manages a small, high-performing international team of 2-3 people. Collaboration with the Commercial Marketplace and Brand & Growth teams is central to delivering a unified omnichannel strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for digital trading and eCommerce growth.
- Develop and execute plans to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Ensure platforms and partnerships are ready to scale as the business grows.
- Blend hands-on leadership with strategic planning to drive results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive brand and marketplace strategies.
