Role Overview: Head of Creative - 360 Campaigns
The Head of Creative for 360 Campaigns shapes Charlotte Tilbury’s brand vision through global campaigns that reach across every channel. This role reports to the Creative Directors and Director of Creative Services, leading the concept, execution, and delivery of comprehensive campaigns.
Bringing a perspective rooted in cultural, cinematic, and photographic influences, the Head of Creative helps set Charlotte Tilbury apart in a crowded market. The position goes beyond execution, acting as both tastemaker and storyteller to build visual narratives for film, digital, and traditional media. The goal: turn products into icons and campaigns into cultural moments.
What You Will Do
- Lead daily creative development and delivery for campaigns across film, print, digital, social, and e-commerce platforms
- Translate creative briefs into engaging, on-brand outputs for both flagship launches and ongoing content
- Guide a multidisciplinary creative team to ensure all work reflects a cohesive, elevated vision
- Apply expertise in traditional image-making and emerging technologies, including AI, to keep campaigns relevant and resonant
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience leading creative teams and delivering 360 campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong background in visual storytelling with references from culture, cinema, and photography
- Ability to work within a brand framework while pushing for innovation
- Comfort with both traditional and emerging creative technologies
