What you will do Collaborate with creative teams to develop and deliver campaigns across multiple channels. Write clear, impactful copy that reflects On’s brand voice. Contribute to evolving and strengthening On’s distinctive, unconventional tone. Raise the quality of regional copy, bringing stories to life with originality. Shape creative solutions for platforms including social media and e-commerce. Work with retailers, agencies, and partners to maintain high copy standards. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and cultural shifts in the EMEA region. Engage with colleagues in Zurich and London, keeping diverse audiences in mind. Support On’s culture and take part in company events. Requirements 4-6 years of copywriting experience, ideally with agencies, media companies, or brands. Strong creative drive and ability to tell stories from fresh perspectives. Versatility in writing scripts, headlines, emails, and social ads. Understanding of the consumer journey and how each channel builds a brand. Comfort with digital metrics and a focus on effective, engaging copy.
