Your Role:
Resolve system and user issues while providing clients with guidance on functionality.
Assist clients in configuring the platform to suit their specific needs and test new software releases.
Engage directly with customers, both onsite and remotely, to analyze their requirements and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
