As a Manager in Deal Strategy at Interpath, you will collaborate with our new Managing Director to build the Deal Strategy service line focusing on Healthcare and Life Sciences within both UK and international markets.Key Responsibilities:Assist in and support business development efforts with Private Equity investors and C-Suite executives at prominent corporations.Manage multiple projects pre and post-deal, encompassing Deal Strategy, Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), Growth Strategy, and Value Creation.Foster strong stakeholder relationships and enhance the team's reputation to become a trusted advisor in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.Guide and mentor junior team members on projects, promoting a collaborative culture that enhances their skill sets.Collaborate with an Interpath panel of industry experts, leveraging their insights and knowledge on various projects.
