KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a French-speaking Account Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining and expanding a portfolio of esteemed clients. Your key duties will include:
- Expanding and nurturing existing client relationships within the legal and financial sectors through proactive communication, meetings, and networking events.
- Overseeing account management, analyzing quote requests, crafting compelling sales proposals, and successfully closing deals.
- Delivering exceptional customer support and managing client expectations while collaborating closely with the production team.
- Meeting performance KPIs, updating the CRM system, and reporting progress to your manager.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in French is highly beneficial but not mandatory.
- A minimum of a university degree is preferred.
- A solid and successful background in business development or account management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and well-organized individual.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for fostering client relationships.
SALARY & BENEFITS: Base salary between £30,000 and £35,000, with potential commissions exceeding £10,000.
LANGUAGES
Fluency in both French and English is required.
