Role Overview:
As the Global Finance Manager at Industrious, your contributions will be vital and highly valued. You will implement financial strategies aimed at optimizing cash flow, forecasting business operations, and effectively allocating capital. Your expertise will be essential in driving growth within our rapidly expanding network business. You will collaborate closely with teams across the organization, particularly in the areas of Real Estate, Member Operations, Financial Leadership, and Executive Leadership.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a key link between corporate financial strategy and real estate deal performance. This high-visibility position is tailored for a strategic thinker with extensive knowledge in Real Estate Finance.
Initially, your focus will be on establishing comprehensive financial planning and analysis across our global operations. As the portfolio evolves, you will take on greater responsibilities in Portfolio Management, ensuring optimal asset performance while supporting regional expansion and business development initiatives.
Location Flexibility: This role can be based in either New York City or London. Candidates located in London will report to a US-based manager/team and will be expected to work partially according to New York hours.
