Commercial Management: Manage scopes, budgets, and resources within your portfolio to ensure efficient and profitable delivery. Proactively identify risks and maintain commercial discipline. Performance & Insight: Analyze performance data to understand results drivers and areas for improvement, transforming insights into actionable recommendations.
