Job Responsibilities
In order to enhance their market presence in the German-speaking regions of Europe (DACH), we are seeking a dedicated German Speaking New Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify new business sales opportunities and initiate contact with potential clients (including large multinational and Blue Chip clients, as well as medium-sized enterprises), utilizing both telephone and email outreach.
- Schedule sales appointments and meetings with prospective clients for your Senior Business Development Manager or Sales Director.
- Address all client inquiries and concerns regarding company services and solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through regular communication with current and prospective clients.
Candidate Experience / Skills
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in new business development, sales, or telesales.
- Exceptional cold calling skills and a proactive approach to new business acquisition.
- A high level of motivation and a strong drive to win new business.
Salary
The position offers a competitive basic salary in the range of £25,000 - £28,000, accompanied by commission (with an OTE of approximately £40,000). There is a realistic opportunity for career advancement into a Senior Business Development Manager role.
