Your expertise will guide projects from pre-silicon design to post-silicon validation and sustainment engineering.We seek an experienced engineer who can set the technical vision for the team and tackle the most challenging engineering issues. Collaborating with the Engineering Manager, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, drive technical decisions, and ensure the creation of reliable, maintainable solutions. Your hands-on expertise, sound engineering judgment, and influence through high-quality work will be pivotal to our success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Technical Direction. Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to establish the technical focus for your team and take ownership of architectural decisions that influence the team's development and operational processes.Translate Priorities into Action. Partner with the Engineering Manager to decompose complex technical challenges into specific, implementable plans, ensuring the team is aligned on building effective solutions.Uphold Technical Excellence. Define the principles, interface agreements, and standards for the team—be it in firmware interfaces, ASIC validation methods, or interconnect fabric integration—ensuring consistent application across projects.Make Informed Technical Decisions.
