Role overview The Founders Associate Operations role partners closely with the VP of Operations and senior leadership. This generalist position is hands-on, supporting both the London office and the company's EU growth. The work covers a wide range of tasks, offering the chance to influence how the business scales. What you will do Manage organizational and administrative work, especially for EU expansion projects. Handle ad-hoc assignments as new entities launch and operations grow. Take responsibility for tasks, escalating only when needed. Support daily office operations and contribute to ongoing expansion.
