Qualifications
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Must be a qualified accountant. Preferred certifications include MB-300 and MB-310 (or equivalent experience). Skills & ExperienceProficiency in Dynamics 365 Finance with a strong grasp of core financial modules and their configuration. Experience with financial reporting tools and BI platforms such as Power BI and Tableau; familiarity with system integrations and data flows between finance and other business systems. Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and data analysis; familiarity with SQL or basic database queries for troubleshooting; understanding of automation tools (RPA) and workflow solutions. Experience with SAP (BPC) and Rosetta. Project Management experience in system implementation, upgrades, or migration projects; ability to manage timelines and stakeholders effectively.

The Finance Systems Manager serves as a vital link between the finance and IT departments, ensuring that financial systems are fully optimized, precise, and in alignment with business objectives. This role is centered around the maintenance, enhancement, and implementation of financial systems, while also facilitating reporting and compliance, as well as promoting automation and efficiency throughout finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Dynamics 365 Finance roadmap, managing the deployment across all entities while ensuring it aligns with business priorities and technical requirements.
- Convert business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, particularly in areas such as Fixed Assets, Expenses, Order Management, and Advanced Bank Reconciliation.
- Act as the customer advocate, ensuring the solution aligns with business requirements and meets regulatory standards.
- Proactively identify and escalate system quality issues, collaborating with technical teams to find effective solutions.
- Support change management and training initiatives to enhance system adoption and minimize dependence on external support.
- Promote continuous improvement and best practices in product ownership and agile methodologies.
