Lendscape develops secured lending software for financial institutions worldwide. The Delivery Team is looking for an experienced Project Manager based in London to oversee projects related to Receivable Finance solutions.
Role overview
This position centers on managing upgrade projects for existing clients. Over time, as the team shifts toward a product-focused approach, responsibilities will grow to include new system implementations as well.
What you will do
- Lead the full project delivery process for Receivable Finance solution upgrades
- Direct a cross-functional team of engineers, QA analysts, and business stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to a high quality standard
- Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the upgrade lifecycle
- Coordinate closely with Commercial Account Management and Service Delivery Management teams to plan and schedule upgrade activities
Requirements
- Strong experience in project delivery management
- Understanding of the software implementation lifecycle
- Technical knowledge relevant to software upgrades and implementations
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
