We are looking for dynamic graduates and researchers to join our comprehensive three-year rotational program. This program is designed to immerse you in the executive search industry, equipping you with the essential skills and knowledge to excel as an Executive Search Researcher. Throughout this rotation, you will gain insights into various practice areas and markets, allowing you to engage with live projects and adopt best practices in executive search methodologies.
Initially, you will undergo an eight-week training period, followed by rotations across different sector teams. This experience typically spans four to eight six-month rotations across our Financial Services and Corporate practices. As an Executive Search Researcher, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Identifying and sourcing candidates through networking, research, and headhunting.
- Assisting senior researchers and consultants in filling live roles.
- Participating in client meetings and networking events.
- Conducting extensive research to identify potential candidates.
- Drafting longlists and shortlists.
- Market mapping and analysis.
- Evaluating candidate experience, coordinating interviews, and managing the interview process.
