We focus on driving top-of-funnel growth for our core lending services across various online and offline channels, including Mail, Search, and Social.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated Junior Performance Marketing Executive with experience in Google Ads to assist in managing, optimizing, and scaling our Paid Search initiatives. You will be involved in the daily operations of our Google campaigns, lead our Bing growth strategy, and explore new search opportunities, including ChatGPT Ads and additional Google properties like Display and Video.This role encompasses three main areas:Campaign Setup, Management & Hygiene: Develop a strategy for sustainable growth through Bing Paid Search and support proposals for new channel testing including ChatGPT Ads, YouTube, and Google Demand Generation.Launch, optimize, and expand campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen.Maintain excellent account hygiene by excluding irrelevant search terms and placements, addressing low ad relevance/quality score keywords, identifying opportunities for account consolidation, and enhancing ad extensions.
