Our unwavering mission remains:To enhance the event experience for everyone.Role Overview:Togather is on the lookout for a highly organized and detail-centric Head of Events to spearhead Food & Beverage delivery at premier events. This pivotal role is essential for guaranteeing flawless event execution, upholding high operational standards, and fostering revenue growth while adhering to safety and quality management protocols. The successful candidate will oversee all elements of event advancement and execution, from supplier coordination and budget management to on-site oversight and post-event analysis, alongside managing a small team.While this position is primarily office-based, it necessitates regular on-site involvement, often during weekends and holidays, deviating from conventional working hours. However, we provide a wellness program, overtime compensation, and a Time Off In Lieu Policy to promote flexible working hours and support our Delivery Team.This role offers significant autonomy, appealing to highly motivated individuals seeking growth opportunities.
