Project Farm, a partner of Broadwick, is hiring an Event Project Manager for its Retail Division. This full-time, permanent role is based in London, with work centered around Tottenham and Canada Water. The position reports to the Account Lead of Retail and follows a 42.5-hour work week, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may require overtime or lieu days.
Role overview
The Event Project Manager works closely with the Senior Project Manager to deliver retail, placemaking, public realm, and brand activation projects. This role manages a portfolio of property clients within the retail and public realm division, taking responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of public realm activations. Collaboration with the Account Lead of Retail and company Directors is key to ensuring events run smoothly and meet expectations.
What you will do
- Oversee and deliver retail, placemaking, and public realm projects, with a focus on brand activations
- Manage relationships with a group of property clients in the retail and public realm sector
- Coordinate event logistics from planning through execution, ensuring seamless delivery
- Work alongside company leadership to align project goals and execution
- Support ongoing retail event programming and assist with corporate bookings at Drumsheds as needed

- Strong organizational skills and a personable approach to client and team interactions
- Experience with on-site event operations, including attention to customer journeys and process efficiency
- Understanding of staffing requirements for events
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external partners
