This role will report directly to the Digital Event Team Lead and will focus on supporting global live and on-demand events, internal productions, and online virtual events through tailored webcast and distribution platforms.This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented and thrives in a high-visibility, fast-paced, multitasking environment at the forefront of communications and technology.Key responsibilities:Create, update, project manage, and edit live and on-demand streaming media events.Support webcasts from request through delivery, ensuring that the needs of both the requester and the in-house team are met on schedule and within budget.Attend meetings with clients and manage live events and webcasts, overseeing scheduling, pre-production, production, post-production, and operations.Manage technical elements, including tests, teleconference coordination, and on-site production.Facilitate webcast interactivity, including chat features, polling, and online question management, while providing post-webcast metrics.Build and maintain successful client relationships.Consistently meet project timelines and ensure flawless execution of webcast events.Keep all project stakeholders informed throughout the project life cycle: pre-event, live-event, and post-event.Troubleshoot technical issues before, during, and after events.
