About the Role
As a Product Manager within Engine’s Product & Technology division, you will oversee one or more subdomains in the Cards sector, ensuring effective product development and actively contributing to the creation of new card features. Collaborating closely with the broader cards product team, you will also help shape the overarching cards roadmap and engage with current and prospective clients to ensure we meet their needs effectively.
Your role will involve problem-solving, diving into details, and understanding how clients can maximize our product's capabilities while also designing enhancements. Your responsibilities will span product strategy, client-facing requirements gathering, solution design, and product ownership within an engineering context.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of a top-tier card product by defining innovative features and managing the end-to-end delivery of your subdomain(s) in alignment with Product and Engineering leadership.
- Contribute to the overall card roadmap by providing insights from your subdomain(s).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, technical writers, and QA to drive product improvements that align with the business vision, considering both existing and potential clients.
- Confidently prioritize incoming tasks and communicate the rationale behind each decision effectively.
