The Role
As the Engagement Manager for Strategic Accounts, you will report to the Account Director. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our major law firm, management consultancy, and financial services clients consistently receive exceptional service, while continuously deriving value from Legora.
We seek an individual who excels in engaging with executive-level stakeholders and is passionate about developing playbooks and strategies to foster enduring partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact and strategic advisor, understanding client objectives, identifying new use cases, and helping key clients maximize their returns on investment with our platform.
- Be readily available to assist end-users, efficiently discussing their use of Legora and exploring potential new applications. This role will require independent on-site engagement with clients.
