In this critical role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance to provide outstanding service to our clients. Your expertise will be key in identifying issues, optimizing systems, and delivering substantial value from our solutions. Collaborating with customers, consultants, and technical experts, you will ensure high-quality support, continuous enhancements, and a flawless experience throughout the customer journey.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive support for all customer-reported issues.
- Analyze problems and define optimal solutions.
- Scope and implement standard changes and enhancements.
- Diagnose and resolve Dynamics 365 Finance issues in partnership with colleagues and Microsoft support.
- Advise colleagues on best practices and system functionalities.
- Collaborate with clients and peers to understand process needs and suggest system improvements.
- Engage in system updates and releases for smooth transitions.
- Ensure a professional and successful service delivery experience for clients.
- Support project activities to ensure readiness for go-live.
- Provide guidance, advice, and training to key users and colleagues.
- Identify opportunities to expand and enhance customers’ Dynamics 365 Finance solutions.
- Work closely with colleagues including Technical Leads, Consultants, and Service Delivery Managers.
