With rapid growth underway, the team is hiring across engineering, operations, finance, and insurance. Role overview The In-House Recruiter is central to Corgi Insurance’s hiring plans. This role manages sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for a range of positions, with an emphasis on keeping the talent pipeline active and ready for new needs. Priorities can shift quickly, so adaptability and a sense of urgency matter. What you will do Proactively source candidates for engineering, operations, finance, and other departments Screen applicants for both technical skills and cultural fit Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including outreach, interviews, offer negotiation, and closing Maintain and refresh a pool of potential candidates for future roles Work closely with hiring managers and adapt to new tools, locations, and job types as the company grows Requirements Previous in-house recruiting experience at a startup or similarly fast-moving company Strong outbound sourcing skills; inbound sourcing is a plus Ability to close candidates and communicate the company vision clearly Confident negotiating offers and addressing candidate concerns Resourceful, ambitious, and able to work independently Comfortable aligning quickly with hiring managers and shifting priorities Work culture Corgi Insurance values timely decisions and open communication.
