About the job
At AlixPartners, we tackle the most intricate and pressing challenges by swiftly transitioning from analysis to action when it truly matters, generating enduring value for companies, their workforce, and the communities they serve. We prioritize understanding, respecting, and honoring the needs of our employees, clients, and communities, actively fostering an inclusive atmosphere. Our commitment to diversity enriches our experiences, and we continually strive to enhance our initiatives, policies, and practices to promote authenticity, growth, and equity for all.
We have adopted a hybrid work model that offers flexibility and supports our employees' work-life integration. This model combines in-person engagement (at client sites or AlixPartners offices) with remote work. Travel is a component of this role, with frequency varying based on client needs, team dynamics, and individual circumstances.
Our leading Turnaround and Restructuring Services practice engages with the most prominent and complex restructurings worldwide. We aim to be involved in every significant restructuring in the market.
We assist companies, investors, and financial stakeholders during stressed and distressed situations by quickly evaluating financial and operational challenges and implementing actionable turnaround and restructuring solutions. Collaborating closely with management teams and stakeholders, we stabilize crisis scenarios, preserve value, and achieve optimal results.
Our proactive approach involves formulating and executing strategies in cash management, business planning, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and operational enhancement. Senior team members often assume board and interim management roles (e.g., Chief Restructuring Officer) to lead intricate restructurings and turnarounds across multiple jurisdictions and stakeholder groups. Additionally, our team comprises experts with hands-on finance leadership experience who frequently take on CFO roles.
