You will collaborate closely with the Global Corporate Sales Senior Director, ensuring success in our sales strategies and playbook.If you are passionate about driving performance through mentorship and innovation, we invite you to take on this exciting challenge.Your Responsibilities:Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on accountability and exceptional sales results.Provide expert coaching and mentorship, drawing on your in-depth knowledge of inside sales, our business model, and sales methodologies; this includes guidance throughout the sales cycle from territory planning to deal support.Support your team by engaging in client and prospect interactions, including call reviews to enhance ISR effectiveness and facilitate deal closure.Conduct weekly forecasting meetings with each CSR, reviewing ongoing transactions to deliver accurate forecasts.Provide timely and precise forecasts to senior management, informed by a thorough understanding of current deals and broader market trends.Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Director and Sales Enablement teams to refine strategies designed to build and nurture the sales pipeline.Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Sales team, consistently monitoring activities and results to drive improvements.
